I would definitely suggest having a tv and dvd or vhs player, as well as a cd player. (Just let all the attendees know what movie and music format they should bring.) I've been to a couple retreats where we had around 6 people. We scrapped 'til we dropped, but we always had some kind of background noise going. We either had cd's playing or we had a video playing on the tv.

The retreat where we were was away from everything, but we had a kitchen in our cabin, plus there were meals supplied. We brought drinks (sodas, juice, water) and snacks (who can crop without chocolate?!) with us and we stopped at a grocery store in the closest town to buy anything we thought we might want to eat throughout the weekend.

If I went to a retreat, I would not be interested in shopping for anything except scrapping stuff. Maybe not even that. I would prefer the place stocked with food, would not mind having to sleep with other people, and I would like some music or other "white noise" in the background. Just like Connie said. :)

Price would of course, depend on how many days. I would be willing to pay up to $100 a day, maybe more depending on location.
